Choices you make about receiving Express Factory Mobile Alerts will not impact the messages you get from Express. 

 

If you sign up for our text messaging program, we may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tracking, 1x1 gifs, or similar technology to personalize your experience (e.g. send you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).


Recurring or Non-Recurring Customers

 

You may signup for mobile alerts by texting any Express keyword, using Tap to Text, to 397-737 (Express) or via desktop sign up pages or Express web sign-up. By signing up for mobile alerts, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to our Messaging Terms and Conditions and expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS communications from Express. Additionally, you acknowledge that you understand that message and data rates may apply, and your consent is not required to buy goods or services. You may reply HELP for help, and you acknowledge and understand that you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to unsubscribe. If the contact information you provide during signup changes, you should update your profile accordingly. 

 

For example, you may receive promotional and personalized marketing texts and/or transactional texts concerning your order(s) from Express. This may include text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

EXPRESS REWARD: 20% OFF NEXT PURCHASE

 

To qualify for this Express Reward of 20% off your next purchase, you must fully opt in to receive Express text messages. This offer is limited to one per customer, per phone number. You are not eligible to receive this reward if you received this reward before. This reward is nontransferable and valid only for one time use for the customer to whom the Express Reward is issued. This Express Reward has no cash value. If you return the purchase, you will not receive back the value of the Express Reward used to make the purchase.
