Q: HOW DO I ACCESS ALL MY BENEFITS?
A: After enrolling in store or online, you can earn points and get Express Cash. To unlock all your Express Insider benefits including birthday and special offers, you must complete your member profile at express.com/insider.
Q: HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
A: You earn points towards Express Cash for every qualifying purchase made in store and at express.com. Plus, you can earn bonus points for other activities such as reviewing products when you log in to express.com/insider.
Q: HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO EARN EXPRESS CASH?
A: You will automatically receive $5 Express Cash* for every 1250 points earned (spend $125). Level up to A-List status and earn $15 Express Cash* for every 3750 points. Earn Express Cash faster with an Express Credit Card and earn Express Cash for every 1250 points (spend $62.50).
Q: IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POINTS OR EXPRESS CASH I CAN EARN?
A: There is no limit to the amount of points or Express Cash you can earn, however some bonus point opportunities are limited in the number of times you can complete them.
Q: IF I REACH 2500 POINTS WILL I GET TWO EXPRESS CASH REWARDS?
A: If you reach 2500 points you will receive one Express Cash reward valued at $10* for Express Insider and Express Influencer members. If you are an Express A-List member and reach 7500 points, you will receive one $30* Express Cash reward. Any customer who earns more than $90 worth of Express Cash in one earning period will receive multiple Express Cash rewards.
Q: DO POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
A: Points will expire within a 12-month period unless used towards Express Cash.
Q: DO EXPRESS CREDIT CARDHOLDERS EARN POINTS DIFFERENTLY?
A: Yes. When you make a qualifying purchase with your Express Credit Card, you earn an additional 5 points (20 total points for Express Influencers and 25 total points for Express A-List) per dollar spent in store or at express.com. Comenity Bank issues Express Credit Cards.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
A: The points you earned for the items being returned will be deducted from your available point balance.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CURRENT POINT BALANCE IS LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF POINTS DEDUCTED FOR A RETURN?
A: If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance. Negative points do not expire.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ONLINE PROFILE?
A: Points usually post within 24 hours of your purchase but can take up to 5 days. Bonus point opportunities can take up to 4-6 weeks after the promotion period. For online purchases, points do not post until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged. If you are concerned about missing points in your account, please contact customer service by email at customerservice@express.com. Please have your receipt available.
Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY POINTS?
A: You can track your points by accessing your Insider profile online at express.com/insider. In addition, you can also download the Express App to track your points anytime, anywhere. You will also receive a monthly account summary via email.
EXPRESS INSIDER REWARDS
Q: I HAVE REACHED 1250 POINTS, WHEN WILL I GET MY EXPRESS CASH?
A: Express Cash rewards are calculated at least once per month, and an email will be sent to you once your Express Cash posts to your account.
Q: WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD WHEN REDEEMING MY EXPRESS CASH ONLINE IF MY TRANSACTION BALANCE IS $0.00?
A: A credit card is required in the event a return is needed or if Express Cash was previously used or deemed invalid at the time of shipment.
Q: I HAVE MORE THAN ONE EXPRESS CASH REWARD, CAN I USE THEM TOGETHER?
A: Yes. You can use up to 5 Express Cash rewards in one transaction.
Q: HOW LONG ARE EXPRESS CASH REWARDS VALID?
A: Express Cash rewards are valid for 60 days after they are posted to your account.
Q: CAN I USE MY EXPRESS CASH ONLINE?
A: Yes. Log into your account at express.com/insider or in the Express App before your purchase and all available rewards will be displayed during checkout.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY EXPRESS CASH?
A: You will receive an email notification once Express Cash is posted to your account. Once Express Cash has been posted it is available for immediate use in store or at express.com.
Q: CAN I GIVE MY EXPRESS CASH TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A: No. Express Cash is non-transferable and only valid for the account that earned it.
Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS WHEN USING OR REDEEMING EXPRESS CASH?
A: Yes, there are certain exclusions to using Express Cash. Express Cash can only be used at Express, Express Men, and Express Factory Outlet stores in the U.S. or online at express.com.
They cannot be used to:
• Purchase Express gift cards
• Pay shipping charges
• Pay international shipping fees
• Pay sales tax
• As payment on an Express Credit Card account
• Purchase gift boxes
• On Express Marketplace purchases or Style Trial transactions

Q: WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF BEING AN EXPRESS INSIDER A-LIST MEMBER?
A: Express Insider A-List members enjoy upgraded benefits such as:

A: Once you reach 10,000 points, you will receive an email to notify you of your upgraded status. Your Express Insider A-List benefits will begin within approximately one week of achieving A-List status.
Q: HOW LONG AM I CONSIDERED AN EXPRESS INSIDER A-LIST MEMBER?
A: Once you reach 10,000 points you get A-List status for the remainder of that program year and for the next full program year.

A: Yes, you’ll earn Express Cash faster. Q: HOW DO I USE A REWARD?
A: Once you've signed in to your account, any available Express Cash will be displayed when you check out. Click on the "Apply" link to have Express Cash credited to your purchase amount.
